Our client is seeking a Territory Manager for the Republic of Ireland selling endoscopy equipment.

About the Role
In your role you will be required to increase the sales volume and revenue through endoscopy product sales year on year whilst maintaining strong customer relations and increasing market share.

Responsibilities

  • Achievement of sales and product targets for the Republic of Ireland
  • To have a strong knowledge of Endoscopy procedures, including product range, technical specifications, prices, features, benefits, clinical applications, and sales strategies.
  • Presentation of Capital equipment, consumables and services to clinicians, unit managers and nursing staff.
  • Education of customers in the practical features, benefits, handling of product, new technologies and the techniques employed in using the equipment.
  • Feedback of market intelligence to colleagues
  • Fully use the CRM to maximize competitive advantage
  • Maintaining a Business Plan to maximise their territory’s sales opportunities.
  • Reviewing the territory’s performance with your manager on a regular basis and write any required monthly reports.
  • Strong customer service with all customers
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Perform customer training, as required.
  • Represent the organisation at Industry events.
  • KOL development across the Republic of Ireland - available to do frequent travel; the is a Field based role
Qualifications/ Education
  • Degree in Business/Science essential
  • Strong sales history in the Hospital setting – preferably within Endoscopy.
  • Strong knowledge of HSE & Private sector
  • Professional skills- Sales and Territory Analysis, Budget Management, Presentation skills
  • Ability to meet frequently with customers and other decision makers.
  • Ability to travel frequently throughout assigned territory.
  • Ability to work effectively and cooperatively with others.
  • Strong computer skills - CRM use, Excel etc
  • Excellent organisational skills and a strong personal drive.
  • Full clean Driver’s license.
