The Supplier Engagement Manager will work with the EU Supplier Relationship Team engaged in activities to include the below:



Key Responsibilities:

• Production and supply planning and monitoring for production of Autoinjector devices and associated components at External Partners
• Engage with Engagement leads and suppliers to ensure supply performance requirements are achieved and maintained.
• Maintenance and update of EU Supplier Relationship KPI dashboards and communication tools relating to production and supply performance
• Support of Supply Resiliency Efforts
• Track supplier related activities required to support NPI programs.
• Management of Continuous Improvement Projects

• Bachelor’s Degree in a Science, Engineering or Supply Chain discipline
• Experience in production and supply planning in complex production environments
• Experience in supplier engagement and supply chain operations
• Operational excellence experience with Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt or Green Belt Certification an advantage
• Proficient in business IS tools such as Smartsheet, Spotfire, Microsoft Teams, etc
• Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment
• Problem solving capabilities to include use of tools such as fishbone analysis and 5-Why
