A Senior Factory Supply Chain Manager is required to join a leading global Medical Device business in County Wexford. This is a senior leadership position where you will have overall ownership of customer service, shop floor production planning, material supply and control and warehouse management. This role is responsible for setting goals, making decisions, and driving accountability toward department objectives at the site.

The Role

• Manage the full supply chain from customer service and order management and associated material supply through to shipment of finished goods to the required distribution centre.
• Responsible for the production planning process at sub-assembly through the end item product stage across the entire product range aligned to customer demand, ensuring customer needs are met on time and in full.
• Responsible for the production kitting function ensuring that all production work orders are kitted and delivered to the line when required in conjunction with production plan.
• Lead the capacity planning function to ensure that capacity is not overutilized or underutilized to meet the production plan.

• BA/BS Degree - Required - Science, Industrial management, Business, Engineering or a related field
• 5 years of confirmed experience in a manufacturing environment is required, including people management.
• Experience in a High Regulated Industry.
• Significant Supply Chain leadership experience including direct experience of Planning and Procurement and/or Warehousing
