A leading medical distributor is seeking a Procurement Executive to join its newly created Procurement function in Dublin. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a growing team and play a key role in shaping procurement processes within a fast-paced and expanding organisation.

The Role
As Procurement Executive, you will:

• Support the end-to-end procurement process, from sourcing to supplier coordination.
• Manage inventory reorders and ensure timely, accurate purchase orders.
• Assist in supplier negotiations to deliver best value across cost, quality, and delivery.
• Monitor supplier performance and support regular reviews.
• Liaise with internal teams (sales, service, warehouse) to align purchasing needs with business demands.
• Manage procurement data in SAP.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and external regulations.

• A qualification (or working towards one) in procurement (CIPS, IIPMM, or equivalent).
• 2–3 years’ experience in procurement or supply chain management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong attention to detail.
• Excellent organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• A proactive, self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• A second language (German, French, Italian).
• Experience within the medical device, healthcare, or dental consumables sector.
